Motley Crue was arguably the most famous (or should I say infamous) of the 80's hair metal bands, injecting a rebellious high-octane attitude with an aggressive yet accessible party-metal sound. Teenagers all over the country loved them, while parents loved to hate them. Of course the fact that the band was heavily involved with alcohol and drugs during their initial successful years did little to convince parents that the band was a positive influence for their children.
Nonetheless, despite obstacles such as societal objections, drug abuse and a prior vehicular manslaughter charge against frontman Vince Neil, Motley Crue released their fourth album in 1987 entitled Girls, Girls, Girls. The album was an instant success, receiving wide exposure on MTV and the airwaves. Girls, Girls, Girls was a top twenty hit and the album itself went quadruple-platinum.

As with any album there are some fillers on Girls, Girls, Girls, but even the fillers are quality songs that don't detract from the album's overall quality. If you're a fan of 80's hair metal, this is one of those classic gems essential for your collection.
